Initiate Your Return

Log into your RW&CO. account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn garments with their original tags into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box and include the packing slip.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
